Corgi was established in 1892 in the Welsh Amman valley, in the UK. We enjoy a worldwide reputation for making luxury socks and knitwear using the finest yarns and traditional methods of manufacture, with a high proportion of hand making or hand finishing. All our products are made at our factory in Wales. In addition to the selection available on this website, Corgi products are sold at many of the world's finest stores, including Selfridges and Harrods in the UK, Barney’s in the USA, Holt Renfrew in Canada and several luxury stores in Japan. BACK ORDERS

If your item is not in stock we will back order it for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option of cancelling your order if you would rather not wait.

COLOURS

We make every effort to display as accurately as we can the colours of merchandise displayed on this site, but regret we are unable to guarantee the true colour reproduction of the shades displayed, because browsers, screens and printers do vary in colour output.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

All credit card numbers are encrypted when an order is placed on our website using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

CURRENCY

All prices quoted are British Pounds Sterling, and all purchases will be charged in British Pounds Sterling.

CUSTOMS DUTY AND SALES TAXES

If you are shopping online and having your purchases delivered to a non European Union country, please note:

1.     Your purchase will be UK Value Added Tax exempt, and 20% will be deducted from the cost of your item on checkout.

2.     You may have to pay import duty and sales tax in the country of importation, which will be charged by the importing country's customs.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We will normally dispatch your order within a maximum of 3 working days. The delivery period depends on stock availability and of course the hour of day your order is placed. Normally we dispatch orders the same day – Monday to Friday. International orders are generally delivered in 10/14 working days. U.K. orders are normally delivered in 4/7 working days (during Sale promotions this can increase to 10/14 working days). We do offer a "Special Delivery" service (1/2 working days) for items for delivery within the UK. This option can be selected at the checkout page.
 

GUARANTEE

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our merchandise comes with a 21 day no quibble guarantee, subject of course to it being returned in its original condition, except that for reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of socks unless they are returned unworn and fully packaged.

HOLIDAYS

Our Offices and warehouses are open most days except for Christmas (two days), New Year’s Day, and British national holidays.

LIABILITY

Total liability for any claim however arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us to you. We shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty, in contract or in any other way. We cannot accept any liability as a result of any failure to comply with specific instructions set out on this site. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept Paypal, Visa Debit, Visa and MasterCard. We do not invoice for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not invoiced until they are shipped.

Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, click on any item you wish to purchase and put it into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "proceed to checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we shall need to execute your order

PRIVACY POLICY

We will not disclose any of your information to third parties, unless required to do so by law. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

RETURNS POLICY

Please note that pure cashmere and pure wool socks are made with fine luxury yarns that by their nature are not hard wearing. We recommend our pure cashmere socks are used as house socks or worn only in well fitting shoes. In loose fitting shoes, or shoes with exposed nails, the fibers are easily damaged and holes can appear very quickly. If treated properly you should get good wear from your Corgi socks.  No returns of Factory Specials will be accepted unless the item is defective.

If you return an item you are not pleased with, or which is faulty, or which has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to us in its original condition.

As stated above, we guarantee your satisfaction, though you should note that for reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of socks unless they are returned unworn and fully packaged.

• Genuinely faulty merchandise will be credited in full for the item as well as original post and packaging charges. 
• All merchandise returned must be accompanied with the original packing note.
• Please ensure you use a secure and reliable method to return your purchase.

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches the Corgi warehouse in Wales.
